The skyskraper is generally known as just the "Woolworth Building" but the stores are typically called "F. W. Woolworth Building" which is how the city refers to this redevelopment. And when there are more than one of an item, you put the city in paratheses after the name as the city article appears. Now that doesn't make it easy for us since the city article is the oddly constructed Watertown (city), New York. But, the historic district doesn't mind cleaning that up a little to go with Public Square (Watertown, New York) so let's do it like that. It would fit in with these articles:
