Official?

I do not see ESAR listed as a program at the Explorers official site here: [1]? Is it an actual sanctioned program of LfL? If not, I think the Explorers name should be taken out of this article as it is a BSA organized program, but henceforth renamed something generic to the sort of "Search and Rescue Juniors". See [2], then Partners, in the menu: King County ESAR [3] is not affiliated as closely with the BSA as it once was, but does still have ties to the organization.
