Well I can't see anything on the NASA page that resembles Gunter's, and if I hadn't seen this would have tagged it for speedy. However, I've blanked it for further evaluation and closure through
WP:CP. If you could provide some more info that would be great. Thanks,

Hi. I've found some of this content at
[1]. The part beginning "The spacecraft functioned well except" is also available at page 22 of
this PDF, but I can't tell if it's PD, although it's hosted on a military website, since it was prepared by the Computer Sciences Corporation. I've removed it for now, pending some clarification of its status.
When copying public domain text, we do have to acknowledge that text is copied to comply with
Wikipedia:Plagiarism. While citation is evidence that no deception is intended, the community does not regard it as sufficient to alert our readers that the text is not original. I'm adding it to the content I've identified. If there is a NASA source that uses the text removed, please specifically cite it on restoration. If it is another PD source, specific attribution may differ. --
