Clugston article

The main thesis of the Clugston article may be damaged by the recent Supreme Court decision in Kirtsaeng v. John Wiley & Sons, Inc. That may require some drastic edits. PraeceptorIP ( talk) 00:59, 30 June 2015 (UTC) reply

This is supposed to be a general Wikipedia article about the exhaustion of intellectual property rights, without being focused on U.S. law. The Clugston article is in fact only used to support rather general considerations. -- Edcolins ( talk) 20:20, 30 June 2015 (UTC) reply
I think you are right. It is more than enough just to cite Kirtsaeng in a footnote and let it go at that. PraeceptorIP ( talk) 21:25, 30 June 2015 (UTC) reply
