In the 2004 command history of the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75), its chronology for that year (Enclosure 3) clearly states that the "C6F In-chopped 28 Jul 04", translation: the USS Harry Truman changed of operation ("in-chop') to the Commander Sixth Fleetof operation on 28 July 2004.
