concept of "exchange matrices" seems to be non-standard?

Have been unable to find common reference to "exchange matrices" in this sense apart from the book by Johnson & Horn, which is the only source listed for the entirety of the article.

Rather, it seems to more widespread/standard idea of "exchange matrices" is akin to that of "permutation matrices", and the two are used interchangeably. 77.80.28.27 ( talk) 16:53, 26 January 2024 (UTC) reply
