Article restoration

This article was originally created in lieu of the absorbent amount of grammar/spelling errors and fan editing. At that time, I could have easily improved the contents of the article, however, a redirect was the quickest option available. By the time I was available to work on the article, it was already completed by a different editor. For this reason, I feel the article should stand as it. Reviewing the history of the article, I do not understand this reasoning for a revert/redirect after the article has been improved. Touring has become more prominent in the music industry versus 20 years ago. Given the policy as it stands, Wikipedia would need to remove 57% of the tour related articles. There are very few things that make an tour stand out besides revenue. I don't get this lackadaisical approach to policy adherence; turning a blind eye to some while being adamant about others.
