The bulk of this article seems to be quotations from ancient books, rather than statements in Wikipedia's voice. Most of the quotes are relevant, although midway through the article is a mass of text from Ammianus dealing with Constantius' visit to Rome, Eusebia not being mentioned as far as I can see.
