Micga: You changed the name of this article from European Development Fund to Global Europe, but I think this is not correct. Global Europe is the successor of 7 organizations, and one of them was the EDF. See
here.

This is exactly what happened with
European Development Fund, which he moved to a following institute (Global Europe), and than merging
European Neighbourhood Instrument and
Instrument for Stability into it. When Global Europe is a new institute - a merger of 7 organizations - than there should be written a new article for it. Because Wikipedia describes history as well: the 7 organizations are history in this case.
So I reverted it all, to repair the incorrect view that had arisen.

In fact it even isn't "Global Europe" but "NDICI - Global Europe".
