Article problems

Apart from original research and lack of a lead section and adequate inline references, it defines "ethnic" minorities narrowly as only referring to Hispanic-Americans and blacks. I think this article can be significantly expanded in scope. Coretheapple ( talk) 17:17, 1 April 2015 (UTC) reply

Is it necessary to use 1940s terms for races

Should we really be using racial terms from the 1940s
