I want to add more specific detail on the three known genetic mutations, JAK2, CALR and MPL
There was a note on the bio of Susan Tyrrell that this disease or syndrome caused her to "lose her legs". I was wondering if this meant amputation or whether her legs lost all feeling and she lost the use of her legs. But there is nothing on this page that touches on these kinds of complications.
