This page is habitually vandalized by Kb00462 He/she constantly removes the "instructional controversy" section of the article. -- Truth2008 20:55, 11 June 2006 (UTC)
Additional information was added in an attempt to provide more information. I do disagree with how the information is being presented in the "instructional Controversey" section, as it does not tell the full story and implies Ballarta was complacent. I did not add to that section, other than the change that the program was not discontinued but modified based on recommendations from the Gable Group review. The information about Erwin Ballarta not being apart of the Defense Tactics area at the training academy is incorrect. Ballarta is still and always has been Recruit School Coordinator and Defensive Tactics Coordinator. Thats just my little contribution.
