I would like to update this article. Layer 3 was bought by T-Mobile in January. [1] Eric Kuhn is a producer of Harvey Fierstein's play Torch Song on Broadway [2] and he is now on the board of directors for Seriesfest. I've started an edit on this, removed some of the detail, some of the awards, etc. The issue for me is that it's difficult to find a balance. There's a huge amount of press that documents his career, awards, etc. I'll go over the refs etc soon and look for more places to prune, but, if anyone else is up for it...
