This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the BLP is about a person that not only passes whatever significance standards user:Cotton2 worries about but more importantly clearly passes
WP:notability criteria.
I question the speedy deletion tagging of this article by an editor, who barely made 2000 edits on wikipedia, who has created 4 articles of very questionable quality (incomplete references, poor language, questionable sources etc) and who has not looked up any reference or done a lit search on Eric Gauthier. The
message on my talk page saying "If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read
the guide to writing your first article.You may want to consider..." is ill-intended. --
