Ari or Eri Jabotinsky

I thought his name was Eri, like this Eri. Any thoughts? Happy138 ( talk) 18:46, 17 June 2009 (UTC) reply

His name definitely was Eri in its transliterated form. That's the way he signed it, that's the way it appears in his documents. At Jabotinsky Institute [1]. In Hansard: [2]. In a bibliographical citation: [3]. The name is Biblical, Genesis 46:16 and is notated with a tzeira vocalization which is not quite the equivalent of the normal English "A" which should be "ay".
