No. I believe it was just a redrawing of the boundary. Ngrams is very inconclusive, but I would just leave it. [1] Apteva ( talk) 04:49, 2 January 2013 (UTC) reply
  • Weak support The term seems to be a proper noun referring to a specific place. But with such mixed usage, both in sources and the article, I think it could go either way. -- BDD ( talk) 17:40, 8 January 2013 (UTC) reply
