The move to 'Epirus Region' is confusing since there is already an article Epirus (region). After all the region of Epirus does not geographically coincide with the Periphery. Alexikoua ( talk) 15:46, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
There is a move discussion in progress which affects this page. Please participate at Talk:Central Greece Periphery - Requested move and not in this talk page section. Thank you. — RM bot 14:21, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
All the "Peripheries" of Greece have been moved to "regions", including this page, and the larger geographical regions is called Epirus. This affects the links to this page that mostly now should link to Epirus. These are several thousand links. My suggestion would be to run a bot that changes all instances of [[Epirus (region)|Epirus]] to [[Epirus]]. This might include some legitimate to the administrative region, probably a minor problem.
