Hi there, I am confused why this page was changed to a redirect. Encore fellowships are different from Encore.org, so the redirect there does not seem appropriate. Was the content not clear? Is it not appropriate for a nonprofit of 15 years to have its own page? I am trying to understand, so please advise. Also - if a redirect is necessary it should go to the Encore Career page instead, which would be a much more appropriate fit... Thanks! Elyshar ( talk) 23:52, 16 July 2012 (UTC)Elyshar reply

@ Elyshar: It appears that Encore.org does not meet the notability guidelines for an organization. Please see WP:ORG, and especially WP:ORGDEPTH. -- Bejnar ( talk) 22:39, 22 July 2017 (UTC) reply
