Elysium Planitia is a broad plain to the south of the volcanic province of Elysium; the former does not include most of the latter. See this USGS feature description page, or this global Mars map showing boundaries of named regional features. I'm trying to straighten the article out.
While the volcanic province is not a formally named feature, it is known simply as "Elysium"; see, for example, these articles: 1, 2. WolfmanSF ( talk) 21:35, 4 August 2013 (UTC)
