Did I miss something? In the "Racing brings criminal charges" the chief engineer, E.A. Kern, was arrested on Monday, May 9, 1892. On Friday, May 13, 1892, Kern was brought before U.S. Commissioner Paul H. Deady the day after the arrest." --
