@ Cabayi:: Subject of this article in particular had an apparently okay article on Estonian Wikipedia - Might warrant one here too, if just for that, whatever the page creator's alleged motivation might be.

Thanks JWNoctis for salvaging what was salvageable. Without a translation from the Estonian version this article doesn't show any notability. And the sourcing for the Estonian article looks very sparse. While it may just be postponing the inevitable, waiting a few days for improvement won't hurt any.
