Ok. Elend definitley means Misery in modern German. No dispute. I'm looking through Elend's site now to see if they ever actually say why they picked the name or what it means. I've found three different meanings so far on google: Misery, Nothing, Outside the Lands. Hopefully I can find something on their site that'll clarify so we can quit changing that back and forth. I think the motiff of Elend songs and lyrics go well paired with the motiff of Doom Metal (despair, impending doom, etc) but sans the metal. Is there some sort of specific genre for that? I just think that Neoclassical is way too generic. Any thougths? -- Pinnecco ( talk) 13:52, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
