Due to impact of coronavirus,businesses all over the world had disruptions. Covid-19 effects on businesses were immense. Certain company like amazon, flipkart and deliveroo were benefited as they were using online business methods. Due to lockdown online businesses were boom and these companies got more opportunities to get closer to the customers. Effectiveness of the situation had immense effect on purchasing behaviour of the customers. Risk management comducted by these companies benefited the organisations.
