Why "Count of Hesbaye"?

Name of the article seems like over-reach. An Ekkebard was one of several lords in Hesbaye in 834. Is that it? Source needed for one thing, but I doubt we can really say there is consensus among sources even if we find one.-- Andrew Lancaster ( talk) 18:27, 5 February 2018 (UTC) reply
