If you look at the scandal section (which I don't think we need), you will see he was exhonerated. The section says he was accused and cleared, so it does not rise to the level requiring removal per BLP. This is but one section; the overall tone of the article is not negative and the whole thing is sourced. COncerns over content may be raised at
WP:BLPN. --
