Find a Grave has two pages for Allen, both with gravestones. Data on stones match. As the Arlington stone is quite new, I suspect he was reburied there. http://www.arlingtoncemetery.net/medalofh.htm also lists him in Arlington. –

"Update" The particular ANC dot net page http://arlingtoncemetery.net/egallen.htm on Allen says he's not in Arlington even though it still shows ANC data. The Find a Grave link is correct. SO - I've removed the ANC category from the article page.. The FAG link for the "wrong Allen" at ANC is here https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/48999061/edward-g-allen –
