This article should not be speedy deleted as having no substantive content, because this is part of the training I am currently giving to the new participant during the currently being held Wikipedia:Meetup/Johor 12 in Malaysia. I am a senior Wikipedia editor with EventCoordinator rights and I am the supervisor of this new editor during this meetup in which is still happening for the next 2 hours. The new editor needs slightly more time to develop the content of this article and I am fully aware of that that we need to have more information in it.
