I was not sure whether to call this B or Start. What it requires to be a B are:
It would be nice if you put in footnotes to sources for each paragraph or statement.
BTW, the only reason I looked at this article was that the person who vandalised another article had also editted this, and it seemed likely that the vandal had hit this article too. The article seems quite a good article.
