Good work in adding the stats on foreign visitors, but I have problems with this edit. [1] The reference is currently a 'cite error' but, from a quick Google, I think it must come from this article in the South Wales Echo. The story quotes a spokesman for VisitBritain as saying:
"Visitors told us that the attraction of Cardiff as a glorious capital city, with an historical resonance, was the reason for visiting. This tells us that they don’t have to go to London any more to get the flavour of a capital city."
I have grave doubts about quoting a marketing man in this context - after all this is an encyclopedia, not the Tourist Board. Maybe I'm being unreasonable, I'll ask a third opinion to judge.-- Pondle ( talk) 16:20, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
