I can't see that the Wikisource comment at the top of the article is justified. The ECML RUS document is 209 pages long! This article provides a very edited distillation of what I see as the key points, and considerable effort went into achieving this. It's also in the context of a number of Wikipedia articles on the RUS theme.

The Groups of gaps and issues section does use the main classification and some descriptions used in the Gaps and options chapter of the ECML RUS, as well as the nomenclature of the chief interventions (Options A through C), but the text is in no way merely a copy.

It also relates the ECML RUs document to subsequent developments, based on NR's published plans, including later RUSs. This section could of course be expanded as events unfold.

I will remove the notice after 7 days. If Abductive has any specific suggestions to strengthen the article, he/she can make them here (or do the edits of course).
