The edits from 134.76.162.163 about Sam Bankman-Fried seem to be unfounded (unproven claim that FTX is a Ponzi scheme) or irrelevant (about the FTX arena in Miami). I would suggest to reverse this paragraph to the previous version 90.252.89.160 ( talk) 00:26, 10 November 2022 (UTC) reply

I agree. This specific incident probably doesn't merit mention in the lead, and certainly not in such a poorly-written paragraph. The "Ponzi scheme" claim sourced to an opinion piece is a WP:BLP concern. I've removed the paragraph from the lead, but I've expanded the body with more information about FTX's bankruptcy and its relevance to the topic of earning to give. — Mx.
