I have removed this from the article as it had no sources:
My impression was that the title couldn't be inherited by an adopted son, or by cousins through the female line. Anyone know different? Southdevonian ( talk) 10:39, 11 May 2012 (UTC)

Is there another claimant to the baronetcy? Or should this passage be changed to something like this?:
