Good day. I appreciate, very much, this initiative. But. I am new to the mind-set of Wikipedia, and I am not familiar with the processes (rules) which allow a page such as this, referring to putative regulation, to use, in its opening line, the not-yet-existing word 'quaility', or to flip-flop between the iz- and the is- form in words inclusing standardisation. I hesitate to edit, until I can understand the rules for the situation as it stands now. Paul. Prosborn ( talk) 22:05, 25 March 2011 (UTC) reply
