I think this article should be deleted because it's irrelevant. Does anybody know how to delete this article?

The article is of 'importance' as providing background history to Nigerian political scientists. Essien Udom was, I think, the first black professor in Political Science at the University of Ibadan, setting the scene for Nigerian explorations of aspects of Nigerian political thought.
