We need WP:Reliable sources for anything added to Wikipedia. Information from a company that is renovating this hotel is not Neutral, and neither is a press release from a City Council member's office. These might be used to supplement the Neutral sources, but not as sources for the entire thing. Please try to find legitimate coverage from local newspaper or tv stations.
