This is a surprisingly big article for a planned project. Is the project functioning or usable? Otherwise it might be worth changing the 2nd and 3rd sentences of the article to future tense - i.e. are the facilities there, or is the plan to build them. - Master Of Ninja ( talk) 17:56, 18 January 2023 (UTC) reply
