I changed "provost, fellows and scholars of the University" to "Provost, Fellows and Scholars of Trinity College". The provost, fellows and scholars are of the College. I think the corporate designation of the University is the Chancellor, Doctors and Masters of the University of Dublin. I think.

In response to the above, by a person who did not sign the note, I recently found a nineteenth century source. It provides a list of the persons qualified to vote before 1832. -- Gary J ( talk) 10:25, 17 February 2009 (UTC) reply
