This did not seem to warrant a discussion since it was a spelling error, so I went ahead and moved the page. Thanks, Alunwyn, Sarah Ewart ( Talk) 14:51, 4 September 2006 (UTC) reply

Usage: native Welsh

Can you clarify what is the meaning of native Welsh as it is ambiguous. Built by native Welsh? I am not sure that the word native is particularly informative. -- billinghurst ( talk) 16:20, 15 September 2008 (UTC) reply

Native Welsh is used to describe castles built in Wales by the Welsh as opposed to those (probably the majority) that were built by the invading Normans - but I can see how the term can appear ambiguous if you're unfamiliar with Welsh history.-- Rhyswynne ( talk) 15:42, 8 January 2009 (UTC) reply
