I've just added a link to the Google Earth file into the article, with trajectories of the drift of "NP-2" to "NP-34". I believe, it can help to create a map. However, the best would be to obtain a file with point coordinates of each drift, from somewhere. At the AARI's website it seems to be available only for the latest stations. Weddell 1, Weddell Sea, 1991-1992, began 71°35'S - 53°E, ended 65°38'S - 52°25'W is missing [1] -- Cherubino 21:34, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
I started the article drift station before this article was created and they should probably be merged.-- Paraphelion ( talk) 23:16, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
Is the latest one still drifting? Currently says "between the Earth Franz Josef and the island of Spitsbergen". I think that is a poor Russian translation of Franz Josef Land. Ah, I see, it was abandoned. See refs in the article and this news story. Carcharoth ( talk) 06:10, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
