This page should not be speedily deleted because on October 21,2017, subsequent to the deletion discussion, he was elected leader of the Manitoba Liberal Party which has seats in the Manitoba legislature and is therefore now notable. -- Nixon Now ( talk) 02:19, 23 October 2017 (UTC)
Hello, Dougald Lamont has an official portrait, used on the official government website. The photo's resolution is of higher quality and at a better angle; I believe the official portrait should be used over the current one in the article. Thank you for your consideration. R. J.
