Former names

Du Halde (1735) gives this as the Lamy Riviere ("Lamy River") but I'm not sure the name was ever common or adopted by anyone using English. It may also have referred to only one channel of the mouth of the East River, rather than the whole system. —  LlywelynII 12:01, 28 December 2017 (UTC) reply
