Yesterday I went by the building, took some photos, and spoke with the bartenders.
- There was a fire at some point, and damage to the fourth floor exceeded the repair budget, so it was removed rather than repaired;
- The two remaining upper floors are currently rented out to long term residents;
- There is a small stage for performers;
- The bar has wifi, but it is not currently working;
- The owner has some additional(?) historic photos. I left a note for him, and if they are different than the two we have from the COTA, I hope he will share them with us.
