WorldCrusher: Introductions should accurately summarize the article. I don't see anything in the article that says Losurdo was a politician, nor do I see a clear statement that he was a communist. In those regards, your edit appears to be inaccurate. —C.Fred (

Being a party member does not equate to being a politician. I see no evidence that he ran for office. —C.Fred (

He participated in the foundation of communist parties, he was their "leader"
[1], he helped formulate their ideology, he participated in the party congresses and gave speeches. If his party didn't get seats in the parliament or government, that doesn't mean he wasn't a politician.
