Image:Toretto charger.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

I have decided to provide a basic explaination to defend it. It is identifying The Fast and the Furious's use of the Charger to those who are less car minded. It is also possible that The Fast and the Furious article could be updated to include this picture in a critical analysis thereby doubling the reasons to keep this picture. I must say I like the edit of 11/15/07. On other car pages it does not have all the appearances in video games, rap videos, movies, and the like.
The Dukes of Hazzard is a must-keep reference - because the car was the true star of that show.
Let's try to keep it this way.

I'm curious as to why there's no section on the newer Chargers.

The DMOZ search template, and by implication all DMOZ search links, is being considered for deletion because it violates WP:ELNO #9. Anyone interested in discussing the fate of DMOZ search links is invited to join the discussion at Wikipedia:Templates for deletion#Template:Dmoz2. Qazin ( talk) 05:09, 8 November 2008 (UTC)

– Current titles are total WP:JARGON which are strongly lacking in recognisability to anyone who isn't a Chrysler mechanic and thus are completely unhelpful to almost all readers (I imagine Chrysler mechanics aren't coming to Wikipedia to learn about Dodge Chargers). While it isn't immediately obvious what the best way to disambiguate these is, it would likely make the most sense to either disambiguate by the year these cars entered production, or to disambiguate by number of doors (ie. Dodge Charger (B-body) to Dodge Charger (two-door); Dodge Charger (L-body) to Dodge Charger (three-door); Dodge Charger (LX/LD) to Dodge Charger (four-door)) as these are both relatively recognisable to most readers. The current titles are meaningless nonsense and fail so spectacularly at the recognisability aspect of WP:COMMONNAME that they are obviously unacceptable.
