I searched, and this is the only COBE instrument listed in the General Info sidebox that has its own article, and it is a stub. Unless this precise type of instrument under the same name is used in other article-worthy missions, I can see no reason why we'd need to duplicate the information in the COBE article to flesh out this stub.

I don't agree that this should be deleted, properly written, an article on these instruments would make the COBE article way to long, and probably less useful to many readers. Ercannon ( talk) 04:16, 26 February 2014 (UTC)
I took the first steps to working on the article, moving some of the more technical data to a new section and adding a little more info. Thought for future work:
