Diego Campos was a 24-year footballer, and
Diego Campos was a 24-year footballer. Next year, both will be 25-year-old footballers. The players are the same age. They play in different positions for different teams in different countries. The more conclusive disambiguator could be position or nationality or team. It isn't age.

WP:CRITERIA. Birth years really are a bad disambiguator as they are less commonly known, unnatural, not really the essence of the subject.
