Reply: The references for Dhamrai Jagannath Rath mention Ashadh (June to July) as month of the festival. Rathyatras throughout the world are supposed to happen in Ashar month [1] although Groups like ISKCON are flexible with timing of the festival. So the article stating Chaitra is incorrect
