It now appers that there were TWO Sandown Castles, one in north deal, one on the Ilse of wight. Are both device forts? tooto 17:13, 26 Sep 2004 (UTC)

shows there are 2. Confusing, isn't it! The Sandown Castle page correctly metions both

Good work with the map of Henrican castles and blockhouses. I thought you might be interested in the maps tool which is under development which would produce a zoomable map.
