I am not a wikipedia editor, but I want to bring this to your attention: https://cybernews.com/news/devternity-artificial-intelligence-diversity-scandal/ Perhaps the wikipedia article about devternity should include some information about this. Although I am no editor, the article starts by stating "DevTernity is Latvia's largest international software development conference with an emphasis on software architecture, development best practices and technical leadership. Established in 2015 by the leaders of a non-profit Latvian Software Craftsmanship Community..."
However, this is no longer true? The conference is held online, not in Latvia, from 2021: https://x.com/devternity/status/1418174280983060483?s=20 Also, I cannot find any connection to the non-profit Latvian Software Craftsmanship Community, nor find evidence that the conference has active connections with this group.
I suggest deleting both claims unless evidence can be found on active connection with Latvia or this nonprofit. 84.32.71.2 ( talk) 09:03, 6 December 2023 (UTC)
