Pennsylvania color scheme

The page now states that "Blue Detour routes go in either a North or East direction [and] the Red Detour routes go either South or West." Since that's all the cardinal directions, all that are identified on road signs, what do the colors besides red and blue signify? Mapsax ( talk) 00:03, 15 January 2009 (UTC) reply

Permanent detour?
